BIRTHDAY CAKE MARTINIS!
My sister had a birthday last weekend and I wanted to put together a gift for her to make these delightful shots. I started by creating my own gift bag using THIS tutorial.
I die cut and stitched all of those banners onto my DP first before creating the bag. The lovely images on some of those banners comes from the newly released FAVOR FLAGS FILLER set. I used some lace for the handles. Inside is the very yummy Pinnacle Whipped Vodka (side note: I tried to find the birthday cake version, but to no avail).
Now, you may have noticed that the sprinkles are missing. What's a birthday cake martini without sprinkles? I decided to create a fun little bag filled with sprinkles and topped off with a bag topper.
Isn't that sentiment perfect for this? With a little bit of twine, the package is looped around the neck of the bottle. To complete this lovely gift, we need a matching card!
Jackie's Birthday Shot
2 oz. Pinnacle Whipped Vodka
2 oz. Half & Half
squirt of Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
Shake all ingredients over ice. Dip the rim of your shot glass into half & half and coat with sprinkles. Pour out into multiple shot glasses.
Don't forget that the rest of the design team are sharing fun projects using today's newly released projects as well. Visit their blogs below to see how they were inspired.
Thanks for stopping by!
