It has been one LONG week. We had a really fun camping trip last weekend, but it sure has taken me a while to recuperate. (I will share some picts of our trip on the blog later this week) Coming back to reality and the pressures of daily life can be a bit overwhelming. I think I'd take a tent and campfire over dishes, vacuuming and making beds any day! I'm a true outdoor girl.
Well, this Friday is extra special because the crew from Clear and Simple Stamps is taking a look back over all of the new products that were released last month. In case you missed it, you can get a fresh look at the sets over the next few days. To kick it off, we are revisiting the SHAPES/LABELS. I pulled out my SHAPES: TRIANGLES dies and set to work creating something unique. It actually ended up taking on a bit of an 80's vibe. Take a gander.
I used some hot pink, navy blue and peach layered with black to make those triangles. The cool part is that this card actually has some great dimension to it. You can't see it in the photo, but all of those stacked triangles are raised up. The sentiments here are from the Celebrate set.
