The “Blooming” Technique Tuesday Blog Hop

Hello and happy Monday (well as happy as a Monday can be)!

Welcome to the "Blooming" Technique Tuesday blog hop. The Stamping Techs are blog hopping again, and this time we are sharing projects made using some of TT’s newest Flower stamps. If you like what you see (which you will), you can find them in the Nature section of Technique Tuesday’s Web site.

These stamps are so amazing. I found them perfect for making a set of cards quickly and easily. It's as easy as stamping the image and then the sentiment. You know what else is amazing? Our watercolor crayons which I also used on this set. I'll show you what I mean.

I first used the crayons on watercolor paper (I found it more durable with the water) and then blended using a water pen. I then stamped and embossed the flower in white. I cut the squares, adhered them using dimensionals and stamped the sentiments. Easy peasy! Once I figured out my design, it only took me about 10 minutes to make the other two. This flower is from Hopeful Hibiscus and the sentiments are from Delightful Daffodils (see, the words are easy to mix and match too). The watercolor crayons are Golden Yellow and Raspberry Red.

Be sure to scope out all the gorgeous flowers on the blogs of everyone taking part in today’s blog hop:

From the comments received on all the blogs, we will pick one lucky person to win Technique Tuesday’s Carefree Cosmo stamp set (yay!) You don’t need to comment on all the blogs to be eligible to win. But the more comments you leave, the more chances you have to win and the more fabulous projects you will see! It's totally worth it, I promise. Comments must be posted by midnight on March 29th. The winner will be announced on March 30th sometime on the Technique Tuesday blog.

Hope you enjoyed today's project. Happy hopping!
